Returns and refunds

Guitar Freaks is a trade name of Bass Freaks SRL. These rules mirror section 5 of our Terms and Conditions.

Customers in the European Union. You may return any item bought online within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Return shipping within the EU is covered by Bass Freaks SRL. As permitted by EU law, a deduction may be applied if the instrument has been handled or used beyond what is needed to check its nature and functioning (gig use, recording sessions, visible wear or damage).

Customers outside the European Union. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Bass Freaks SRL may apply a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of two-way shipping. Credit card and PayPal fees are non-refundable, and import duties paid at delivery are not reimbursed by us.

Final sales. In-store purchases, custom orders and special orders (non-stock items) are final and cannot be returned.

How to return. Email info@guitarfreaks.net with your order number before sending anything back. We will send you the return instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the item back.
