Shipping

Every order is packed by our team in Belgium and shipped within 2 working days. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday ship on the following Monday.

Free shipping

• European Union: free on all guitars and pedals, and on accessory orders of €60 or more.
• Worldwide: free on guitar orders of €1,999 or more (£1,750 for the United Kingdom).
• In all other cases, shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Import duties. Inside the EU, prices include VAT and there is nothing more to pay on delivery. Outside the EU, import duties, local taxes and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility and are collected by the carrier or customs at delivery.

Damage in transit. If an instrument arrives damaged, tell us in writing as soon as possible, with photos of the item and the packaging. Bass Freaks SRL covers all reasonable costs to repair it and restore it to its original condition.

Delivery times are indicative. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Refused deliveries. An international customer who refuses a parcel will be charged two-way shipping, a 20% restocking fee and any duties or carrier charges billed back to us.
